Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand how refunds and cancellations are handled across our platform services.

This policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for services offered through the Grandthum platform. Please read each section carefully as policies vary depending on the type of service availed. For further queries, contact us at info@grandthum.com.

The Grandthum platform facilitates payments for the following services on behalf of Grandthum Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. Pvt. Ltd.:

1 Premium App Services

Non-Refundable Generally, if and when any premium app related services are involved, they are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for premium services, it cannot be reversed or credited back to the original payment source.

No Partial Refunds There are no partial refunds for unused portions of a pre-paid service. If you choose not to utilise the remaining period of any pre-paid plan, the unutilised amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

span class="badge-label badge-amber">Termination by Grandthum If Grandthum terminates your access to app services (other than for breach of terms), there is no fee involved and no pro-rated refund may be issued for any remaining service period.

2 App Based Project Amenity Bookings

Refund Method If you cancel a paid amenity booking at least 48 hours in advance, the amount is generally refunded to your "flat advance" account within the app, rather than the original payment source. Please note this is handled on a case-to-case basis depending on the amenity booked.

Cancellation Charges Projects and Service Users can set their own time-based cancellation rules. Cancellations made close to the booking time may incur higher penalties, which will be deducted from the refundable amount before it is credited to your flat advance account.

3 Parking — Car, Bike & Paw Parking

Advance Cancellation Parking slot reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund to your flat advance account, subject to any applicable cancellation fee set by the facility management.

Late Cancellation Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

No-Show In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be treated as consumed and no refund will be issued.

4 Utility Bills

Non-Refundable Payments made towards maintenance charges, electricity dues, water charges, or any other statutory levies are non-refundable once successfully processed, as these represent actual charges incurred.

Overcharge / Dispute In case of a billing discrepancy or overcharge, please raise a dispute within 7 days of the payment date by writing to info@grandthum.com. Verified overcharges will be adjusted in your next billing cycle or credited to your flat advance account.

Failed Transactions If a bill payment fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode within 7 to 10 working days upon confirmation of the failed transaction.

5 EV Charging

Unused Credits Pre-paid EV charging credits that remain unused may be refunded to your flat advance account upon a written request, subject to verification. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.

Session Interruption If a charging session is interrupted due to a technical fault on our end, the unused portion of the session fee will be credited to your flat advance account within 3 to 5 working days after the fault is verified by our team.

No Refund — User Termination If a charging session is stopped voluntarily by the user before completion, the remaining session amount is non-refundable.

6 General Service / Maintenance

Failed Transactions If a transaction is not processed successfully, the amount (excluding convenience charges) is refunded to the original payment mode within 7 to 10 working days from the date the failed transaction is confirmed.

No Liability for Chargebacks Grandthum is not liable for chargebacks. Any chargeback initiated by the user is solely the responsibility of the user, and Grandthum reserves the right to take appropriate action in such cases.

Account Termination The Company does not offer refunds for deleting your account. If you choose to delete or deactivate your Grandthum account, no refund will be issued for any unused or remaining subscription period.
